Personal Life:

A third generation Washingtonian, born to Wilmer (Sr.) and Carrie Frazier.  Raised in Washington, DC.  Educated in the DC public Schools and  attended the U.S.D.A. Graduate School, Howard University and graduated from the Washington Bible College and Capitol Bible Seminary.  Received Doctorate (Honora Causa) from the Marthas Vineyard Theological Seminary in Oak Bluffs, Massachusetts. 

Married to the former Juanita Nell Paulk, of Ocilla, Georgia May 1966-present
